Aspall is run by the Chevallier family. The family has worked at the Aspall Farm Hall in the parish of Aspall, Suffolk since 1702. The products they make are Ciders ranging from the Dry Premier Cru, Draught, Perronelle's Blush and Organic Cider. They also make Apple Juice and Vinegars ranging from Organic Cider Vinegar, Apple Balsamic Vinegar, Wine Vinegar and Organic Balsamic Vinegar
